Home Prices are Down 12%

This month, you will read online and hear that home prices are down 12% from last spring, THE PEAK OF THE MARKET.

And that is 100% true.

But other than the normal, seasonal drop around Christmas, the market has been relatively flat and balanced since the middle of 2022.
